WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

For Hygiene Reasons, earrings are non-refundable, however, in the unlikely event your trinkets and treats arrive to you damaged, please contact us so we can sort you out with a replacement!

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

As with most costume jewellery, avoid showering or swimming with your jewellery on. It is also best to avoid chemicals and strong perfumes too if you want to keep the fresh colours of your polymer clay jewellery.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the moment, you can pay through paypal, but watch this space! Card payments coming very soon!

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?

Absolutely! If you need a unique piece to finish off an outfit or something special for someone as a keepsake, then contact me about what you are looking for and we can come up with something beautiful together!

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Most of my jewellery is made with Polymer Clay. My go to brands are Sculpey and Fimo, but I am always on the look out for other materials!

Studs and Hoops - I try to source hypoallergenic materials, as having really sensitive skin, I want to use something that will be kind to my skin! Studs will be stainless steel or gold plated. If you require a Rose gold colour or something more unique, then contact me to see what I can do!

Charms and detailing - most of the charms I use are brass charms. I also love using gold leaf! If I am using any leaf detailing, these may be secured by varnish/UV resin to ensure they hold. UV resin is sometimes used for attatching the studs to ensure these have extra firm hold!
